The current workflow is for the City of Austin in the Austin Energy service area, using the Austin Build + Connect (AB+C) workflow. Neighboring jurisdictions are not currently supported.

The licensed contractor remains responsible for checking the packet, correcting missing information, and completing the official submission. RivetQuill is not the City of Austin, Austin Energy, or a code authority, and it does not guarantee approval.

Pilot access is designed for small Texas residential electrical crews and includes the Austin-first intake, a prepared packet for contractor review, inspection readiness, safety, and warranty workflows. The scope is intentionally narrow while the product is in early access.
